The Challenge

Agidens, a quickly growing company, constantly needs motivated professionals with a heart for technical challenges. Nonetheless, with a shortage of technical profiles in Belgium and the Netherlands, the company had to look for a nearshore team. They wanted a partner who would help them build a reliable back office with good expertise. Such a growth partner will enable them to take on as many projects as they want without the trouble of constantly searching new talent.
