ABOUT INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY LVIV 2020
International Women’s Day Lviv 2020 is a special tech event that features technical and inspirational speeches. It’s a one-day event that starts on the 14th of March 2020 at 10 am and lasts till 22 pm. Hundreds of programmers, IT entrepreneurs, web designers, marketers, and other tech-related professionals will gather to showcase their experience, discuss pressing issues and share some tips or exciting ideas.

- Maria Pylyp starring “What is Social Capital about, and why should you care”
Being a co-organizer of ІТ Arena /Product Track, co-organizer of the D-Tech Space conference, Maria is a true sales enthusiast and a product mindset ambassador. Currently, she is leading sales teams at Very Good Security. She will teach us how to leverage social capital for life.
- Olena Kisilychka starring “Style and self-esteem in your career. Pains or gains?”
Olena is a certified professional with 11 years of experience in the IT field. In her speech, she will teach you how to:
– understand your self-esteem and reveal some secrets of how to work with it

Kateryna is a Head of Design Office at Symphony Solutions, Service Design “Agent of change”, Co-founder of Service Design Network Ukraine, Service Design Trainer. UX Master Certified by Nielsen Norman Group, SAFe Certified and Service Design Academy Certified. The key issues she will raise include:

Being the first female founder in Ukraine to build and lead a tech startup to the acquisition, Lisa Dziuba is Flawless App co-founder, growth hacker, and maker. She will talk about her ups and downs of working on a tech startup. you can discover her experience with creating a product from scratch, the startup screw-ups, and ways to fix them.
- Sofiya Huts starring “Accessible product development – building products for everyone”.
Sofiya is a Program Manager on Microsoft Teams where she works on creating the next generation of in-meeting experiences. In this talk, we will see why it’s so important to design and develop products more inclusively for people with accessibility needs. Get to know how small and simple improvements can significantly make it more accessible and make it more effective for everyone.
