As Office Manager, you will be involved in a number of aspects, from travel reservations for employees and customers to the day-to-day running of the office.
Greeting visitors, managing the reception area
Monitoring administrative aspects/work activities of office services personnel, including basic maintenance and facilities management
Participating in organization and coordination events
Assist with business trips for Skelia’s employees and customers from EU and the USA: book airline, train, bus tickets, hotels/accommodations; assist with visa application processes
Confident with all forms of communication
Able to multi-task and prioritize
Superior organization, attention to detail and negotiation ability
Experience of business trips would be a plus
Upper-intermediate level of English
Experienced PC and office equipment user
Punctual and accurate person
Ongoing opportunities in international company
