Delaware builds life insurance and banking software with innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 incorporated for better customer engagement. We need a proactive person who will become a technical mentor and will guide an expert team working on the project. We expect you to have 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365 and a solid knowledge of C# and .Net.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the product architecture, creating and controlling solution development in direct contact with the client. Our requirements include at least 1 year of full-stack .NET / C# background, knowledge of design patterns and software architecture principles, and experience with databases.
For the same team, we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (.NET). The person in this role will be building software products according to the client’s demands and coaching fellow developers. Our ideal candidate has been working in .NET / C# development for 5+ years, is an expert in software architecture patterns, web-based enterprise solutions, and database design. Other requirements include experience with Entity Framework and LINQ, AZURE cloud technologies, and Scrum-based development process.
