Patrik Vandewalle – CEO

Patrik, entrepreneur and senior executive, has more than 25 years of professional experience in the European and US ICT industry.  He graduated in 1987 from the University of Leuven, Belgium, with a masters degree in Engineering & Computer Sciences. Prior to some early stage investments and founding Skelia, Patrik had international executive positions at Accenture, CSC, Logica and Econocom. He was actively involved in company turnarounds, mergers, acquisitions and divestments.

Koen Anseeuw – CFO

Koen is a technology entrepreneur with significant financial, technical and managerial expertise in software development and consulting services, both in Europe and the US. Graduated in 1986 from the University of Ghent, Belgium, he has held executive positions with companies including AB Prodata, MarchFirst, Case Consult International, Case Consult Luxembourg and AmbraSoft.

Olivier Istace – COO

Olivier graduated in 1993 from the University of Namur, Belgium, with a masters degree in Engineering & Computer Sciences. He has 20 years of professional experience in the ICT & financial industry. Prior to co-founding Skelia, Olivier had several positions in software development, IT-transformation, operations management and ICT/BPO offshoring at large international corporations as JP Morgan, Clearstream, Mastercard Europe and Cetrel.

Jan De Schepper

Jan has more than 30 years of experience in IT- and Telecom industry.  Jan was CEO of  Telindus, one of the leading telecom integrators in Benelux, prior to being acquired by Belgacom.  Next to board positions in Skelia, Inventive Designers and Crossroad, he is currently president of ADM, a well-respected platform within the ICT and business community with 150 member companies, that offers knowledge exchange, activities and networking opportunities to a broad professional audience.

Jan Picavet

Jan is a successful technology entrepreneur and investor with more than 35 years of international experience. He had senior executive positions in global corporations as Cullinet Software, Legent Corp, CSC Europe, MarchFirst, USWeb/CKS and BDO Atrio.  Jan is active in the investor community with early stage positions in different promising technology companies like Skelia.

Rostyslav Shchepan – Managing Director, Skelia Ukraine

Rostyslav graduated from Ivan Franko Lviv National University in 2002 and has Master’s degree in International Law. He has 14 years business experience in banking, construction business, entrepreneurship & IT-development.

Oksana Dyachyshyn – Head of HR, Skelia Ukraine

Oksana graduated from Ivan Franko Lviv National University wit masters degree in International Economics. Oksana has over 12 years of administrative experience in IT industry, 6 of them in HRM. She has been leading Human Resources in Skelia since its launch in Ukraine in 2008 and is responsible for HR and Recruiting functions in the company.

Ivan Ripka – Head of Dedicated Teams, Skelia Ukraine

Ivan graduated in 2003 from Franko National University of Lviv, Ukraine, with a masters degree in applied mathematics and computer science. He has more than 10 years of experience in IT-software development and managing complex IT programs. Ivan took part in many development processes working as scrum Master, project lead developer, technical lead and team lead using RUP based and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

Lyudmyla Smyk – Head of Finance, Skelia Ukraine

With a masters degree in economics, Lyudmyla graduated in 1998 from University of Drogobych, Ukraine. She has over 10 years of experience in accounting in IT-outsourcing companies. Since 2010 Lyudmyla is a member of Ukrainian Federation of Professional Accountant and Auditors.
